Anti-Bullying week shows off how kind and thoughtful our children are!

This week all of our children have been completing some work about Anti-Bullying. They have discussed differences and similarities, learning about why it is so important to accept each other for the amazing individuals they are. Each day the children are being challenged to say or do something kind or thoughtful - with the teacher awarding certificates at the end of the week for those completing this daily challenge.

So far we have had several children displaying how kind and thoughtful they can be -

Abigail, Y1, told a friend she liked his jumper.

Alana, Y1, let people play her game.

Annabelle, Y2, asked her friends how they were feeling.

Seth, Y2, played with people he doesn't normally play with.

Kara, Y3, shared her ball - even with the people on the other team!

Sam, Y4, made Mrs Sarginson feel better by laughing at her joke (even though it wasn't very funny!).

Ellie, Y5, told a member of her class that their hair looked nice.

Fin, Y5, asked Mrs Adams if she needed any help at lunchtime.

Olivia, Y6, made sure everyone had someone to play with at break.

We are so proud of the wonderful young people we have attending Jerome - you should be very proud of them too!
